What is the source of NSI's data? top
NSI acquires and authors information contained within our databases. For example, NSI acquires data weekly from the Ohio Secretary of State Corporate and UCC Division, along with their corresponding microfilmed images. In Indiana, NSI has created it's own automated, searchable database of UCC liens along with referencing microfilmed images of the documents. In some cases, it is possible that NSI would license data directly from a third party due to file formatting concerns, costs, or completeness of the data. Where good information is available from the agency or court, NSI makes every attempt to license the information from the source.

Will NSI continue to grow it's searchable database product offerings? top
Absolutely! NSI wants to expand our searchable databases soon. Our timing and selection of new databases depend upon your acceptance and internal needs. Please let us know about your company's changing needs. This information will be strongly relied upon to determine what product NSI provides next. You may contact us by phone at (800) 235-0337.

What is your normal response time for a physical search request? top
NSI attempts to provide results of our physical search findings within 48 hours. Sometimes, due to circumstances out of our control, this deadline may be extended. Our experienced group of service personnel will communicate with you if delays may occur. NSI makes every attempt to satisfy our client's needs in a timely manner.

Does NSI warrant it's results or findings? top
NSI uses reasonable means to insure that the results provided are accurate and complete based upon your request. NSI carries Errors and Omissions Insurance, however due to many circumstances out of our control, including the source, NSI makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the results.
